In 2016, Ted transitioned into the Omaha real estate market with DVG Realty, a move encouraged by his supportive network of friends and family. His ability to connect with real estate investors nationwide quickly became evident, leading to a fruitful nine-year tenure that saw him rise to co-owner and broker. Currently, as an associate broker with Realty One Group, Ted applies his extensive experience to serve a broad clientele, focusing particularly on revitalizing condemned homes in Omaha's midtown and south areas into attractive short and mid-term rentals.
Beyond his professional contributions, Ted is deeply involved in community and charity work. Alongside his wife, Jessica, he operates the Omaha Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), Omaha's leading real estate networking group.
