I was born and raised in the Dundee neighborhood of Omaha, where I still live today. I know this market well, not just from living here, but from years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and real estate investing.
My journey in real estate began in 2017 with my first rental property. Since then, I’ve rehabbed and managed multiple homes, developing a strong foundation in market analysis, renovations, and investment strategy. I’ve spent my career in sales and business development, with a deep focus on customer relationships, problem solving, and identifying real needs. Currently, I serve as VP of Business Development for Vertical Cold Storage, where I’ve helped scale the company to 12 locations nationwide, one right here in La Vista.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and my MBA from Bellevue University. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, and lived in San Luis Potosí, Mexico at age 18, which shaped my approach to intercultural communication and connection.
