Josh grew up in the small town of Central City. Much of his time was spent playing sports, hunting, and fishing. He moved to Lincoln shortly after high school, but didn't forget his small town values. He quickly realized his passion of helping people and making them smile. In 2006, Josh became an account manager for a national distributor of professional broadcast equipment. With extensive "book" knowledge, he felt the need to teach himself how to use the equipment and built a studio using demonstration pieces from various manufacturers. In 2012, this knowledge led to Josh being contracted as a production coordinator for many beauty pageants including Miss USA, Miss America, and USA National Miss. Josh began his real estate career in 2020. He found it to be the perfect opportunity for him to convey his small town values and really help people in his community. Josh's upbringing compels him to be honest, transparent, and compassionate making buying or selling your home a stress-free experience. He is very knowledgeable and will walk clients through every step making sure they are comfortable. His clients know that he ALWAYS has their best interests in mind! When he's not working, Josh spends most of his time with his kids being active. Some of their favorite activities include hunting, fishing, golf, disc golf, and time on the river.
