I’m a licensed real estate broker with RealtyONE Group Sterling Omaha and founder of Timber Creek Companies and Bader Development Group. I’ve been in construction and real estate since my teenage years, and I hold a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Over the years, I’ve led the development and sale of more than 35 properties, including custom builds, rehabs, and multifamily projects. My companies manage a growing portfolio of rentals and a storage facility, and we recently secured approvals for a 350-unit apartment complex and a townhome project.
